Traffic Stop Results In Drug Charges Against Minnesota Man (2)

(Spencer)– A traffic stop Sunday evening in Peterson resulted in the arrest of a Minnesota man on drug charges.

The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle and discovered the driver, 19-year-old Andrew Joslin of Rose Creek, Minnesota, didn’t have a valid driver’s license.

Upon further investigation Joslin was allegedly found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

He was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia; failure to have a valid driver’s license and failure to have insurance.

Joslin was booked into the Clay county jail.
