(Estherville)– Police in Estherville say a Spencer man was arrested on drug charges during a traffic stop on December 20th of last year.
Police say they had knowledge the vehicle was being driven by a subject who’s license was suspended. A K-9 was deployed on the vehicle resulting in officers finding methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
38-year-old Michael Mouw was arrested and booked into jail on one count of driving while suspended, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver five grams. Bond was set at $25,000 cash or surety.
