Traffic Stop Results In Arrest Of Meservy, Iowa Man

(Spencer)– A Meservy, Iowa man faces charges following a traffic stop Saturday in Clay county.

The sheriff’s office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle for a traffic violation shortly after 12:30 a.m. in the 2400 block of Clay County Road B-63.

Upon investigating, it was discovered the driver, 26-year-old Ryan Kuhlers, had a suspended driver’s license.

A subsequent search turned up what’s alleged to be drug paraphernalia.

Kuhlers was booked into the Clay county jail on charges of driving under suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia…both simple misdemeanors.
