(Graettinger)– A Terril man faces charges stemming from an incident in which a bathroom at Citizen’s Memorial Park in Graettinger was damaged back on July 18th of this year.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says 19-year-old Joshua Link of Terril was arrested on charges of aiding and abetting fourth degree criminal mischief…a serious misdemeanor.
Link was issued a citation and released to appear in court at a later date.
