(Ruthven)– A teen is accused of damaging the side of a building in Ruthven with a skateboard.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy was called to the 1300 block of Gowrie Street in Ruthven Thursday after someone allegedly saw the teen damage the building.
18-year-old Zachary Bell of Ruthven was arrested and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree.
He was processed and released on a promise to appear in court at a later date.
Damage to the building was estimated at between 250 and 500-dollars.
