(Spencer)– A report of a suspicious vehicle has resulted in a charge against a Webb man.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 36-year-old Todd Griffin was charged with interference with official acts.
Authorities say a deputy was checking on a report of a suspicious vehicle at 4855 Highway 71. Authorities say Griffin was at that location and was being non-compliant with officers.
He was booked into the Clay county jail.
The Sheriff’s Office says the incident remains under investigation and additional charges are expected.
