(Sioux City)– A Storm Lake man has pleaded guilty in U-S District to a meth charge.
27-year-old Eric Sandoval pled guilty August 27th to conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.
At the plea hearing, Sandoval admitted that between March 2007 and August 2007 he and others distributed methamphetamine in the Storm Lake and Jackson, Minnesota areas.
Sentencing is set for November 25th.
Sandoval faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years’ imprisonment and a possible maximum sentence of life imprisonment, a 100-dollar special assessment and eight years of supervised release following any imprisonment.
Sandoval remains in the custody of a U-S Marshal pending sentencing.
