State Bank Begins Construction

November 22, 2014

(Spirit Lake)– The State Bank in Spirit Lake has started construction on a new 10-thousand square foot facility immediately west of its present 4,800 square foot building at the corner of 19th Street and Hill Avenue.

The new facility will include 10 offices along with the State Agency, The Investors Center, a teller line, conference room, internet access and a coffee bar. An upper level will house a boardroom and space for future expansion.

The new bank will also feature three drive-up lanes, including a separate ATM lane.

The new bank will use brick and split-faced concrete block, complimenting the new Dickinson county courthouse across the street.

Kim Gross Company of Waterloo is the general contractor.
