(Spencer)– A Spencer woman is in jail after being arrested today (Tuesday) at her home on an active Clay county warrant.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 26-year-old Tiffany Kollasch was wanted on the warrant charging her with four counts of delivery of a controlled substance…mathamphetamine…a class “D” felony.
Authorities say the arrest stems from an ongoing narcotics investigation during which the Clay County Sheriff’s Office allegedly made four controlled purchases of methamphetamine from Kollasch in March of 2007.
Kollasch is being held in the Clay county jail on 260-thousand dollars bond.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office was assisted in the investigation by the Iowa State Patrol.
