(Estherville)– A Spencer woman has been appointed to a vacancy on the board of trustees of Iowa Lakes Community College.
Susan Zulk was appointed to the seat representing District Four by Board President John Hand.
Zulk fills the vacancy created by the recent resignation of Ann Barry who is moving out of the district.
Zulk will serve through September, 2007 at which time she will need to be formally elected to the position to complete Barry’s original term, which expires in 2008.
The oath of office was administered to Zulk at Tuesday’s trustees meeting.
