(Spencer)– Spencer police are asking for the public’s assistance as they investigate a rash of vandalism to vehicles that took place Wednesday night or early Thursday.
Police say windows were broken out of four parked vehicles. Two were in the 1900 block of North Grand Avenue; one was in the 1100 block of Fourth Avenue West; and the other was in the 900 block of West Seventh Street.
Damage ranged from 250 to 750-dollars.
The Crimestoppers program is offering a 500-dollar reward for information that leads to an arrest or conviction in the case. Anyone with such information should call the Spencer Police Department at 262-2151 or Clay County Crimestoppers at 262-6655. Your identity is not required to receive the reward.
