(Sioux City)– A Spencer man has been sentenced to 15 years in federal prison on a child porn charge. 30-year-old Anthony Martin was sentenced Wednesday after pleading guilty in September of last year to receiving child pornography. As part of a plea deal, Martin admitted to receiving and possessing about 13 videos and 162 images of child pornography. Martin had previously been convicted in Iowa of lascivious acts with a child.
In addition to the prison time, Martin must also serve a five-year term of supervised release.
