(Spencer)– A Spencer man wanted on several outstanding Clay county warrants was taken into custody Friday night on the Clay-Dickinson county line.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 20-year-old Nathan Franklin was wanted for possession of a controlled substance; possession of contraband in a correctional facility and contempt of court for failure to follow substance abuse recommendations. All are class “D” felonies.
Franklin was booked into the Clay county jail on bond of nearly 19-thousand dollars.
