(Sibley)– A Spencer man has been charged in connection with some criminal mischief and burglary complaints in Osceola county.
The Sheriff’s Office says 18-year-old Joseph Engelkes was arrested and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree…a serious misdemeanor; burglary in the third degree…a class “D” felony; theft in the fifth degree…a simple misdemeanor; and criminal mischief in the second degree…a class “D” felony.
Authorities say the charges stem from complaints from two businesses in Sibley dating back to March of this year.
Engelkes is being held in the Osceola county jail on bond of 21,775-dollars.
