Spencer Chamber Announces Winners Of Halloween Decorating Contest

(Spencer)– The Spencer Chamber of Commerce has announced the winners of its Halloween House Decorating Contest. The addresses include:

The Winners are: 1^st place – 310 East 2^nd St.; 2^nd place – 222 West 4^th St and 3^rd place – 419 East 19^th St. The winners will receive: 1^st place $200 in Chamber Dollars; 2^nd place $100 in Chamber Dollars and 3^rd place $50 in Chamber Dollars.
