(Spirit Lake)– Spirit Lake letter carriers say their annual food drive Saturday was another big success.
Ken Henderson of the Spirit Lake post office says they collected 4,200 pounds of food which was delivered to the Upper Des Moines Opportunity food pantry.
Henderson thanks everyone who donated, along with postal workers and volunteers, including the Girl Scouts, who helped pick up the donated food.
