(Sibley)– A two-vehicle collision Friday in Sibley sent two people to the hospital.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says 62-year-old Patricia McDonald of Sheldon was moving a 1999 Plymouth Voyager from a parked spot on Third Street to a residential driveway when she failed to see an approaching vehicle driven by 43-year-old Leticia Deleon-Miralrio of Sibley.
The two vehicles collided.
Deleon and an unidentified passenger in her vehicle were taken by ambulance to Osceola Community Hospital in Sibley with unknown injuries.
No injuries were reported to McDonald.
Three thousand dollars in damage was estimated to a 1997 Honda CRV driven by Deleon; the vehicle driven by McDonald sustained an estimated two thousand dollars in damage.
The mishap took place around 10:15 a.m.
