(Spirit Lake)– A Milford man faces drug-related charges after search warrants were executed Thursday evening on his home and business.
56-year-old Thomas Kenison was arrested on a warrant charging him with five counts of pseudoephedrine restrictions, purchasing over the legal amount. Authorities say it stems from a search of Kenison’s home at 22 Clover Lane in Milford.
A second search warrant executed on Kenison’s business at 25 Hinshaw Street in Arnolds Park resulted in an additional count of pseudoephedrine restrictions, purchasing over the legal amounts being filed against him; along with possession of a precursor to manufacture methamphetamine; possession of a controlled substance…marijuana; and two counts of drug paraphernalia.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office says the execution of the search warrants follows an eight month investigation. They say the investigation continues and that more arrests are likely.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office and the Milford and Arnolds Park Police Departments…all members of the Iowa Great Lakes Drug Task Force.
