(George)– An execution of a search warrant back on June 7th on a residence in George has resulted in multiple drug charges being filed against a woman.
The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office says the search was conducted at 417 West Michigan Avenue in George and resulted in the arrest of 22-year-old Jessica Lorenzen of George. She was charged with possession of a controlled substance…marijuana; possession of a controlled substance…prescription pills; possession of a controlled substance…a prescription inhaler; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Lorenzen was booked into the Lyon county jail and was released after posting at two thousand dollar bond.
The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office was assisted in the search by the Iowa Department of Natural Resources.
