(Sibley)– A search of a Sibley residence Thursday has resulted in charges against a Sibley teen.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says a search warrant was executed on a residence at 611 Fourth Street in Sibley. It resulted in a 16-year-old male juvenile being charged with possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor; and possession of methamphetamine…a serious misdemeanor.
The juvenile…who’s name wasn’t released…was transported to the juvenile detention facility in Cherokee.
As a result of their investigation, authorities say they also located a .22 caliber rifle and a DVD player which was allegedly stolen in a burglary back in December of last year.
