(Sibley)– A search that was executed Friday on an apartment in Sibley resulted in the arrest of a Sibley man on drug charges.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says the search was conducted at 845 1/2 Second Avenue in Sibley.
It resulted in the arrest of 21-year-old Nathan Devos of Sibley who was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver…a class “D” felony; and possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor.
Devos was booked into the Osceola county jail on five thousand dollars bond.
