Search Continues For Missing Lakefield Woman

(Lakefield, Mn.)– The search continues for a Lakefield, Minnesota woman who’s been missing since Wednesday.

Jackson County Sheriff Roger Hawkinson says that’s when 80-year-old Myrna Hunt left her home to go to an appointment.

She was driving a white 1994 Chrysler Lebaron with Minnesota license plate NGV-162. The vehicle is said to be in poor condition.

Hawkinson is urging residents to check minimum maintenance roads and abandoned farmplaces in the area.

Hunt is about five feet two inches tall, weighing about 150 pounds. She was last seen wearing gray sweatpants and a blue shirt and may be wearing glasses.

Family members say Myrna is a very social person.

It’s believed she is in the beginning stages of Alzheimer’s Disease.
