A routine traffic stop in Everly has landed a South Dakota man behind bars. A Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy pulled over 27 year old Daniel Riedman of Elk Point South Dakota on Tuesday, when he discovered an open container in Riedman’s vehicle. Upon futher investigation, the deputy found what is believed to be methamphetamine and drug paraphernilia. Riedman was arrested and transported to the Clay County jail without incident. He now faces charges of open container, possesion of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and posession of drug paraphernilia.
