(Ruthven)– A Ruthven man picked up on a warrant for contempt of court now faces drug charges as well.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says deputies arrested 26-year-old Miguel Sanculi Tuesday on the valid warrant out of Palo Alto county.
Following the arrest, Sanculi was also charged with possession of marijuana, possession of a scheduled two controlled substance and possession of a schedule four controlled substance…all serious misdemeanors.
Sanculi was booked into jail pending an initial appearance before a judge.
