(Estherville)– An Estherville propane business is changing hands.
K & H Cooperative, based out of Wesley, Iowa, has purchased the propane portion of the business of Springer Propane in Estherville, owned by Mike and Deb Springer. The Springers will continue to operate Springer Ag of Estherville.
The transaction of the propane part of the business was effective this past Tuesday (June 1st).
K & H Cooperative distributes bulk propane, diesel, gasoline and lubricants and operates several cardtrol stations and convenience stores in north central Iowa.
Officials say operations and the phone number for the Estherville office will remain the same.
