(Primghar)– O’Brien county authorities have released details into a two-vehicle mishap Friday in Primghar that resulted in minor injuries to one person.
Authorities say 62-year-old Donna Fuller of Jefferson, Missouri was northbound on Highway 59 and 22-year-old James Searls of Sioux Falls was eastbound on third street. Authorities say Searls failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with Fuller’s vehicle.
Fuller was taken by ambulance to Baum Harmon Hospital where she was treated for minor injuries. No other injuries were reported.
Five thousand dollars in damage was estimated to a 2006 Toyota Highlander driven by Searls and to a 2005 Dodge Caravan driven by Fuller.
Searls was cited for failure to obey a stop sign.
The mishap took place around 11:40 a.m.
