(Spencer)– Two people were injured in a single-vehicle crash Monday in Clay county.
The Sheriff’s Office says 13-year-old Kelsey O’Kelley of Milford lost control of a 1991 Dodge pickup as she was traveling on 250th Avenue.
The pickup went into the ditch and spun with the front coming to rest on the roadway.
A passenger, Michael Roth, who’s address wasn’t immediately available, was thrown through the back window of the pickup, winding up in the ditch.
Both O’Kelley and Roth were taken to Spencer Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
The pickup was totaled.
Authorities say charges are pending in connection with the crash, which took place shortly after 10:00 a.m.
