(Emmetsburg)– An investigation that started earlier this year has resulted in charges against a Ruthven man.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office and Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation executed a search warrant January 11th, 2007 at 1102 Center Street in Ruthven. Several items that were seized were sent to the DCI crime lab for a forensic analysis.
Authorities today (Thursday) arrested 48-year-old Jeffrey Fieseler of Ruthven on 10 counts of dissemination of obscene material to a minor. The charges are misdemeanors.
Fieseler was booked into the Palo Alto county jail on 65-thousand dollars cash bond pending an appearance before a judge.
Authorities say their investigation continues.
