(Okoboji)– The regular monthly meeting of the Okoboji City Council, which ordinarily would have been Tuesday evening, has been moved to this (Monday) evening. The change has been made to accommodate a special session of the city council scheduled for tomorrow (Tues.) to talk about and take action on the proposed reconstruction of Highway 71 through the lakes corridor.
The Tuesday meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:00 pm and will be held in the north half of the Pebble Beach Room at Arrowwood Resort and Conference Center in Okoboji. Some representatives of the Iowa Department of Transportation are also scheduled to be on hand.
