(Primghar)– Six people from Primghar face drug charges after two search warrants were executed Sunday on separate residences.
The O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office says the first search was conducted at 455 North McCormick Avenue. It resulted in the arrests of 33-year-old Lawrence Hopcroft and 28-year-old Marissa Hopcroft. They were charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Both were booked into the O’Brien county jail and have since been released after posting bond.
The other search was conducted at 355 1st Street Southwest in Primghar. It resulted in the arrest of 33-year-old Angela Groves who was charged with gathering where controlled substances are unlawfully used and drug paraphernalia. Similar charges were filed against 41-year-old Mark Jenkins, and 33-year-old Angela Groves. 19-year-old Erica Morgan and 26-year-old Crystal Trammel were also arrested. They were charged with gathering where controlled substances are unlawfully used; drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine. They were booked into the O’Brien county jail on bond of five thousand dollars each.
