(Sanborn)– An Arnolds Park juvenile faces drug charges stemming from an alleged incident last Friday night.
The O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office and Sanborn Police Department say they responded to a complaint of a group of young males offering to sell a controlled substance on Main Street in Sanborn around 10:30 p.m.
The group was located and upon investigating a 17-year-old male from Arnolds Park was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and delivery of a controlled substance…a class “D” felony.
The teen was later released to a parent and was cited into juvenile court.
