(Orange City)– A northwest Iowa woman has been arrested for allegedly stealing money from a dependent adult. The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office says 43-year-old Samantha Hagemann has been charged with 1st degree theft and forgery. Authorities say it stems from an investigation that began in December of 2021. Hagemann is accused of taking $17,000 from the victim who’s from Hull between May, 2021 through November 2021.
Hagemann was arrested Thursday of this week and was booked into the Sioux county jail.
