(Emmetsburg)– A noise complaint at a campground at Lost Island Lake has resulted in charges against several people.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called to Huston Park regarding the complaint Saturday night.
Upon investigating deputies arrested 18-year-old Matthew Tielbur and 20-year-old Nicholas Tielbur both of Early on charges of interference with official acts and underage possession of alcohol.
Also arrested were 18-year-old Amanda Carlson-McGuire or Holstein; 19-year-old Kyle Kacmarynski; 19-year-old Adam Juza and 19-year-old Robert Tielbur…all of Spencer. All four were charged with underage possession of alcohol.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office was assisted on the scene by the Palo Alto County Conservation Office and the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
