(Spencer)– Arts on Grand in Spencer has a new Executive Director.
The Board of Directors of the Spencer Area Arts Council announced today (Thursday) Marta Barnard has been hired to the position. She begins her new duties October 1st.
Barnard received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Colorado. She is currently a director/performer for Magic Mountain Arts in Evergreen, Colorado. Barnard also served as an outreach artist and instructor for the Colorado Shakespeare Festival and Art Ranch in Denver, Colorado.
Barnard grew up in Spencer and Hartley.
