(Milford)– With one member absent and another participating via telephone, the Milford City Council Monday voted four-to-nothing to purchase the former Ann Leo building on Highway 71 on the north side of town for $435,000. The action was taken after the council reconvened in open session after meeting behind closed doors to talk about the transaction.
