(Spirit Lake)– A Milford man will spend up to 20 years in jail after pleading guilty to multiple offenses in Dickinson County District Court.
Patrick Miles entered the plea to one count each of first degree burglary and possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver. In another case, Miles pleaded guilty to a charge of willful injury in connection with the stabbing of a man in August of last year. That sentence will be served concurrently.
Miles was arrested several weeks ago on four counts of failure to appear after allegedly fleeing to South Dakota, the same day on which he was scheduled to be sentenced.
