(Arnolds Park)– A Milford man faces charges in connection with an incident that allegedly took place late Saturday or early Sunday in Arnolds Park.
Arnolds Park police say 39-year-old Nick Sullivan was charged with sexual assault in the third degree and burglary in the first degree in connection with the alleged incident.
Sullivan was booked into the Dickinson county jail, but has since been freed after posting bond.
Other details into the alleged incident weren’t being released. Police say it remains under investigation.
Arnolds Park police were assisted by the Spirit Lake, Okoboji and Milford Police Departments, Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office, Lakes Regional Healthcare ambulance and Arnolds Park/Okoboji Fire and Rescue.
