Milford Man Faces Pot Charges

(Milford)– A Milford man faces drug charges after a sheriff’s deputy who was serving a civil paper smelled marijuana smoke coming from the man’s residence.

The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office says Andres Gayton-Bowman was arrested around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday after a subsequent search of his residence at 912 1/2 Okoboji Avenue in Milford.

Gayton-Bowman was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver…a class “D” felony; gathering where controlled substances are unlawfully used…a serious misdemeanor; and possession of drug paraphernalia…a simple misdemeanor.

He was booked into the Dickinson county jail.
