(Spirit Lake)– A Milford man accused of assaulting his wife and 10-year-old daughter earlier this month with a belt and allegedly handing a knife to his daughter saying he wanted her dead has pleaded not guilty.
32-year-old Eric Peterson was charged with willful injury, domestic abuse assault and child endangerment in connection with the incident earlier this month.
Peterson’s written plea of not guilty was entered Tuesday in Dickinson County District Court.
Trial is tentatively set for May 20th.
