(Milford)– A report early this (Tuesday) morning of a domestic disturbance in Milford landed two men in jail on drug charges.
Milford police say they were called to a report of a disturbance around 2:30 a.m. at 1004 10th Street. Upon arriving officers observed an altercation and destruction of property inside the residence.
An investigation resulted in officers finding a green leafy substance alleged to be marijuana, numerous inhalation devices and prescription drugs.
22-year-old Curtis Lee Osborn of Milford was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance…marijuana; possession of a controlled substance…lorazepam; possession of drug paraphernalia, prohibited acts and gatherings where drugs are used.
21-year-old Byram Michael Rickman of Arnolds Park was also arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance…lorazepam and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Osborn and Rickman were both booked into the Dickinson county jail.
The Milford Police Department was assisted by the Arnolds Park Police Department and the Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities say their investigation is ongoing.
