(Milford)– The Milford city council Monday voted to renew the city’s commercial and residential tax abatement programs for new construction.
The resolution extends the program another ten years…to October, 2017.
The action followed a public hearing that drew no oral or written comments.
When it comes to new construction, it was reported a Subway restaurant and a Well’s Blue Bunny Ice Cream Shop will be locating in a mini-mall to be constructed in the Boji Junction commercial development at the Highways 71 and 86 junction.
