(Sibley)– A Worthington man faces drug and other charges after being found sleeping in a car at a park in Sibley after closing hours.
28-year-old Cesar Alanis was found sleeping in the vehicle Sunday in Sam Robinson Memorial Park.
Alanis was cited for possession of a controlled substance…second offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; violation of an instruction permit; open container; failure to prove insurance and violation of parks closing time.
Alanis was booked into the Osceola county jail without incident.
