(Primghar)– A Paullina man escaped injury this past Thursday when a semi he was driving rolled over.
The O’Brien County Sheriff’s Office says 29-year-old Austin Richter was driving a 2009 Peterbilt tractor-trailer northbound on a county road. Deputies say Richter was reaching for a water bottle when the rig went off the road to the right. The semi traveled into the ditch and overturned into a field, spilling its load of corn.
Damage to the semi was estimated at $50,000.
