Man Arrested For Allegedly Bringing Loaded Gun Onto School Property

November 22, 2014

(Sibley)– An Ashton man has been arrested for allegedly bringing a loaded handgun onto school property.

The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office today (Wednesday) arrested 45-year-old Joseph Bradfield of Ashton on a warrant for carrying weapons onto school property…a class “D” felony.

Sheriff Douglas Weber says the charge stems from an incident back on September 28th of this year in which Bradfield allegedly had a loaded handgun in his vehicle on school property.

Bradfield is being held in the Osceola county jail on five thousand dollars bond.
