(Sibley)– A Sibley man already in jail on a drug-related chrage faces an additional charge.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says Chad Ackerman has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, second offense, an aggravated misdemeanor.
Authorities say the charge stems from a traffic stop in March where deputies found a baggie containing a substance alleged to be methamphetamine.
Tests on the substance by the DCI crime lab came back positive for meth.
