(Pomeroy)– A northwest Iowa man has been arrested for fatally shooting his younger brother over the weekend. Police were called to a home in Pomeroy where 59-year-old Anthony Hinners was found with a gunshot wound to his chest — he died at his home. Police have arrested his brother, 66-year-old Michael Hinners, and charged him with first-degree murder. No other details have been released.
