(Spencer)– Farmers Trust and Savings Bank of Spencer has announced the hiring of Evan Kooiker as its new Chief Financial Officer.
Kooiker is a native of Sioux Center and has been in banking nearly 15 years, having served previously as a consultant and employee with the FDIC and then as a controller and Chief Financial Officer with other banks in Iowa and North Dakota.
