(Spencer)– Seven-time Tour De France winner Lance Armstrong will be in Spencer in conjunction with the overnight stop of RAGBRAI July 22nd.
Armstrong will make an appearance at the Regional Events Center, where RAGBRAI participants 21 and under will be able to visit with him and learn about his experiences, along with his battle with cancer and his fundraising for research and survivor programs.
