(Alpha, Mn.)– A Jackson man was injured in a single-vehicle rollover Sunday evening on a Jackson county road southwest of Alpha.
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office says it received a report shortly after 8:30 p.m. of a vehicle upside down in the ditch in that area. The driver wasn’t present when deputies arrived. They tracked him down at a nearby farm site by following some footprints in the snow.
The driver, identified as 26-year-old Brian Sathe of Jackson, was taken by ambulance to Sanford Jackson Medical Center and was transferred to a Sioux Falls hospital. There was no word on the extent of his injuries or condition.
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Minnesota State Patrol, Alpha First Responders, Jackson Fire and Ambulance and the Jackson Police Department.
Authorities say the incident remains under investigation.
