(Johnston)– The city of Okoboji will be featured in an upcoming production on Iowa Public Television.
“The Iowa Journal” will air at 6:30 p.m. Thursday (Aug. 28th) and 6:30 p.m. Friday (Aug. 29th). The program will talk about water management in Iowa, including ways of controlling storm water runoff.
The city of Okoboji will be featured, the first community in Iowa to adopt a city ordinance to mandate new construction and expansion of existing residences or businesses to incorporate techniques to control storm water runoff.
